If you are a Kent based Training Provider and would like your organisation included on the Kent Training Provider Register please read and accept the terms and conditions below and complete the following registration pages. If accepted you will be entitled to the following benefits:
- Entry onto the Register of quality providers which can include description pages, photographs, logos and links to your own website
- Use of the Trained by Kent Logo
- Inclusion of your client ratings and comments
- Annual independent evaluation survey with your clients
- Use of the independent arbitration service if required
The Register is unique in that it allows clients to feedback to the Register their rating of the service they have received. The site is constantly updated to ensure that all comments and ratings are up to date.
The Register is completely independent and is managed by The Individual Learning Company an independent, not for profit organisation with support from Kent County Council.
I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions to register as a Provider on the Kent Training Provider Register.
1. I agree to the abide by the principles of the Provider/Client Partnership Charter, namely I/We will:
- Respond to all enquiries within three working days.
- Provide a statement of the client's requirements and a costed proposal for services, following a discussions with the client.
- Tailor service delivery to individual requirements, in accordance with the client's business needs.
- Provide accurate and relevant management information on activities delivered.
- Deliver training and development services in a structured way, with clear learning aims and review, using staff with appropriate skills, experience and qualifications.
- Evaluate services through learners and clients, using the independent mechanism of the Register.
- Ensure continuous improvement through action on evaluation findings and staff training and development.
- Provide a written complaints procedure on request.
- In the event of disputes or grievances between provider and client, resolve disputes through the Register's mediation service, if unable to resolve through normal complaints procedure.
2. Complete the Registration Process accurately to ensure a true and complete description of the my/our organisation
3. Notify The Individual Learning Company of any changes to my/our organisation in a timely manner
4. Ensure that a minimum of four feedback questionnaires are submitted from my/our clients each quarter
5. Understand that consistent less than satisfactory feedback may result in my/our organisations being removed from the Register
6. Agree that the final decision on inclusion/removal of any organisation rests with
